Industrial psychologist graduated in the Universidad Central del Ecuador. She has a Master’s Degree on direction and Human Resources management. Her great passion is the teamwork and to motivate her coleagues and organisation to fulfil their common goals. She has had great success managing all the subsystems of human talent leading up to a more efficient internal organisation.
