Hugh Gilis has more than thirty five years career path with a Civil engineer title, with a master´s degree in Organizational leadership. He has worked with rural communities in Ecuador in projects of potable water, he has a company in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years in Quito. He´s worked in training at an institutional and community level.
