She is an Engineer in Geography and Environment from the Escuela Politécnica del Ejército, with a Master’s degree in Geodetic Sciences with emphasis in Remote Sensing from the Federal University of Paraná.

His career has been developed in public institutions such as the Public Works Company and the Directorate of Appraisals and Cadastre of the Municipality of Quito; the National System of Rural Land Information and Technological Infrastructure – SIGTIERRAS of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock; the National Institute of Statistics and Census; the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, performing functions as a specialist in management and management of geospatial information. In the private sector, he has worked in many organizations dedicated to environmental management and development.
