Environment and Development Engineer with studies in Management of Development project. He is got experience in technical and social implementation of WASH Programs in the rural areas of Bolivia and Ecuador as well as carrying out techniques of M&E tools for development programs. He works as Country Director in Ecuador for EWB USA and he is also Director of Operations for EIA.
