Residents lacking access to water services used to endure a two-hour trek to distant water sources, crossing rugged terrain to collect water each day.
Impact and Outcomes: Improving the community’s access to safe drinking water through sustainable infrastructure and strengthening the community’s capacity to manage the new system.

- Construction of three water intakes
- A 20 m³ storage tank
- A primary and an intermediate pumping station
- An 800 m transmission pipeline
- Pressure-relief tanks and distribution line
